Carpe the hell out of this diem #blogdare

Carpe diem – the time I actually seized the day.

Lol.

Don’t I do this every day? In fact, I’d love to NOT seize a day.

I think all Mom’s seize every moment of their day from the time they wake until the time they go to sleep.

I mean we get ourselves and our kids together in the morning. We get them to school and/or daycare and then we get ourselves to work, hopefully on time. We work our 8 hours and then we begin the transport caravan of getting everyone back home or to the YMCA for swimming or whatever it may be. And you have to fit in dinner, laundry, bath time and house cleaning.

Add the fact that I am also back in school so I can earn a four-year-degree since an Associate’s Degree apparently just doesn’t cut it…

I’d like to not seize the day today my friends. I’d like to seize the pillow.
