A story about a hole

This morning the boxers were complete. After struggle with the pattern I ended up tossing it to the floor and sewing whatever looked right. The Snoopy & Woodstock Irish fabric is perfect. I only have a litte bit left now.

I'm very pleased with how the boxers turned out. There's just one problem, they're too narrow in the hips for Brian. From down in the family room I heard Brian say "Um babe, could you come up here please? Alone." Uh oh. I thought maybe I was in trouble, but then I saw him standing at the top of the stairs.

He tried them on and...it didn't go well. I had taken them in because they were too big at first, but clearly I took them in too much. "The hole" was WIDE open, stretching because they were so tight on his hips. Yikes! Didn't mean to try and suffocate ya down there Bri.

Maybe I can end up wearing them. I'll just sew up "the hole" hehe.
