Made of stainless steel, the Tea set "SmarTea" comes with insert and teapot warmer, set off with a brushed matt finish.

I'm a big tea drinker anyway, but this looks cool. I mean, I wouldn't mind just having it on display. In addition to it being deliciously designed, it is also fully functional and complete with it's own warmer. Yes, this means I may need to have one in the office. ;o)

    Curl up into my chair

    As the time grows more near to actually being a home owner, it is imperative that I become even more obsessed with interior design and home furnishing. Haha.

    And so welcome to Jadora. They say their "goal is to provide something new to the furniture market without forgoing the essence of tradition."

    There is a delightful Curio dresser, but could also be used as a buffet table. The website gives this description..."The versatility of the Curio Dresser allows for use as a buffet or bedroom dresser. Top keepsake boxes lift to reveal hidden storage for either serving pieces or jewelry. Top drawers pull out; bottom compartments open from top."

    But my favorite piece on the site is their giant armchair. I love it and wish I could crawl into my monitor right now and curl into the seat. =o) There is a matching sofa and ottoman, but my heart belongs to the armchair and if ever I own it...well...it will be MY seat. You know what I mean? Haha.

    Gracious, I need to start making some extra money. Haha.

    Photofiddle

    Alright folks, my fiance and I are preparing to buy our own home in the near future. So home decor is top-of-mind with us right now. And we're both creative people, perhaps I like things a little bit more crazy and artsy than him, but we can compromise well. =o)

    In the spirit of water

    One of the blogs I read frequently is 2Modern Design Talk.

    At the end of June one of their posts was written about showers. And I have to say some of the photos on their post had me thinking I would never want to leave the shower. Until the water got cold of course.

    Specifically this one, Rain Sky.

    The company who designed this shower and many other awesome products is Dornbracht. Their designs and philosophies are just so unique and amazing. Why wouldn't you want a shower that feels like rain? Imagine even the sound it would create? So awesome! Of course there are disclaimers stating that a building inspector would not say this suffices as a shower, but who gives a hoot?
