Levi making cell phones

Oh gracious.

Levi is Set to Launch Cell Phone by Next Week...
It will be a designer cell phone and going to be officially launched in none other than the fashion capital of the world, Paris.

The thing I don't get is we all know Levi has the ORIGINAL JEANS, right? They are the classic brand of jeans, so why in the world would they go and so NOT be original by making their own "designer" cell phone?

They call it innovative. Maybe it is, but I never have been a big cell phone girl. Though I do love me some jeans.

Their press release says "The functional essence of the Levi's brand's design philosophy is perfectly captured by the phone's compact design and sturdy riveted steel casing."

I guess we shall see and who knows maybe it will be fantabulous.
