Wednesday mornings require catchy, peppy, funky and all around exciting music, don't you think?

Think something eerie and yet whimsical...think Tim Burton.

Mike Acreman, Brian Bauer, Graham Norwood, David Ostrem and Bryan Scary of "Bryan Scary and The Shredding Tears" can take care of all that in one swoop with their new album The Shredding Tears. Scary's music is contagious, you'll find yourself pressing repeat once the song ends. Comparable to the experimental sounds of "The Foundry Field Recordings" I am highly impressed that the album comes to us having been completely produced by Bryan Scary himself. It was mixed close to home by Brian McTear at Miner Street Studios, Philadelphia, PA. The band is one of four groups on the Black and Green Record label.

Beginning on Memorial Day in New York they will be touring the country. On June 24th you'll be able to see them live in Philly at the Manhattan Room.

And of course BUY IT!
