They say they are four lucky people with lots to say and nothing to prove. Maybe having that type of mindset is what has helped them to create music which just sounds good with no scrambling to add extra effects and silly rhymes.

The enchanting and booming vocals you will be hearing from LoveLikeFire are from Ann Mison Yu. Ann also plays guitar, she's not just the voice which is quite refreshing. David Farrell plays drums, bass and the keys. Ted Parker plays keys and guitar. Jesse Hayes plays bass. Combined they make LoveLikeFire melodies that will hook you within seconds. Sounds a little bit like the Dandy Warhols or Birdmonster.

They play shows all over their home state of California also stumbling into Oregon from time to time; lucky West coasters! They released their own EP Bed of Gold in 2006 with their only hopes being to share their passion with you. Since it didn't take long at all to catch on in the SF scene, Jeff Saltzman and Reto Peter decided to produce two of their demos. Yes, that's right, Jeff Saltzman who has also produced music from The Killers AND Reto Peter one of the Modest Mouse producers!

It's great to know that, though ambitious, they're just good people glad to be out doing what they love to do. Still in their early stages of rockdom, I foresee big things in store for LoveLikeFire.
