Soul Summit showcases an all-star aggregation performing alongside one another in a rare and one-night only appearance at the 2007 Berks Jazz Festival in Reading, Pennsylvania. What you have is a group of artists getting together to perform ineffable soul beats.

Under the direction of Jason Miles, a "dream team" of groovy voices set out to develop something legendary. You'll hear vocalists Maysa, Susan Tedeschi and Mike Mattison, saxophonists Karl Denson , Richard Elliot and Dave Mann, bassist Bob Babbitt, guitarists Reggie Young and Sherrod Barnes and trumpeters Tony Kadlek and Barry Danielian on eleven bluesy, and funky classic tracks.

Put on your black Fedora, step out on the street and color the day with horns and raspy vocals.
