Mmm, not sure it's my jam, but thought I'd share this music for those of you into the upbeat powerpop type of music. Though the band calls it "Jungle Rock. Or testosterone Pop." =o/

The Sweet Serenades, according to their bio, are Martin and Mathias. They "found each other for the first time in May 1991. They were both wearing the same CCCP-cap (a hip thing among pre teens in northern Sweden at the time) and riding similar BMX-bicycles. Ever since then they've been inseparable."

Comparable perhaps to "The Strokes" or "Franz Ferdinand" I suppose you could say they have some toe-tapping moments. I'm not sure what it is exactly about the music that is turning me off. I think they're making the music sound complex. And I'm sure it is, but I don't like music to see strained and to me this does sound strained. What do you think?
