My Brightest Diamond has an album coming out on June 17, 2008 called A Thousand Shark's Teeth which leaves me thinking about sharp pointy things like, well, diamonds and teeth.

Opener and first single "Inside A Boy" is classic Diamond - slippery guitars meet with gorgeous strings and Shara's powerhouse voice, which folds nicely into "Ice and the Storm," perhaps one of the finest songs Shara Worden has ever written.

I think you will find this album, as with all music by My Brightest Diamond, fills an unique musical niche. The instrumentation alone sets it apart, and then adding the vocals sends it over the top.
