Jensen Sportag's Jackie

Jensen Sportag's Perfect Strangers EP Series continues this month with the impending release of Jackie, due March 3 on the band's own MIDISPORT imprint. Following in the schizoid-dance footsteps of December's Sergio, the latest from this Nashville-based live-electronic duo is nine tracks of robotronic American girl tributes, sweaty electro rap epics, and House music for power pop twerps and Hall & Oates fans.

Jackie: The title track is celebratory with a central theme of desire and shifts musically between 3 compositional quotations from pop rock. It is lyrically fashioned after the american girl tribute song. i.e: Oh Sheila, Joanna, Sussudio etc.
