Beginning of May Weekend recap

Just finished my PB&J sandwich.
It was good.
See spot. See spot run.
Okay, no, I'm wilting already. The weekend was wonderful, in spite of the fact that Brae was with his father. I was able to spend a lot of time with Brian. Lots of talking and movie watching.
Brian and I drove around Philly Friday night. Lol. Seems like a silly thing to do, but it ended up being a lot of fun. It seems meant to be as it turns out there was a lot to talk about. I think it was a great car ride and a therapeutic conversation.
Ken stopped by Saturday afternoon. It was really nice to see him. He's been working out and losing weight, he looks great. Happy and healthy. He is preparing to take two weeks off and travel to Hawaii. Lucky him. =o)
We went to see Spider-man 3 with his parents on Saturday night and I really loved the movie. It's making me mad that so many people are knocking it. Yes I agree it had too much going on in it, but the actors all did a fantastic job and the effects were amazing. Not to mention I had great company!
Yesterday Bri and I ate delicious Pat's pizza which is becoming a ritual for us I think. And we watched "An American Haunting" which I thought was supposed to just be a ghost story. It was terrifying, but it was more than a horror flick. And had I know how it would end I never would have sat through it. I like scary movies because even though I jump out of my skin, I like it. I'm weird. I just like it. But this movie upset me. I mean. I was just distraught afterwards. Please don't want it if you would be upset my harm coming to children. Specifically young girls... Thank goodness Brian was there to calm me.
When Braeden came home everything was all back to normal and perfect. Even his attitude. We played ball, he ate a ton of pizza and then he and Brian jammed on their guitars. I took at least 50 pictures because they were so cute together. My rock stars!
We ended the night with a phone call from Auntie Natalie, 7th Heaven and Are You Afraid of the Dark? Good times. Always good times. =o)
Now if I could just get rid of this cold.
It was good.
