Britney Spears' "ex", Adnan Ghalib, is facing felony charges, after he tried to get away from a process server, by hitting him with his Mercedes. The paparazzo allegedly "started to drive toward the man, who, in order to avoid being pinned against a garbage truck, jumped onto the hood of Ghalib's Mercedes. Ghalib swerved and the alleged victim fell off, breaking his wrist and sustaining other injuries."

Adnan was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, battery and hit-and-run.

Prosecutors are asking bail be set at $110,000, and Adnan is looking at up to seven years in prison, if convicted on all of the charges.

What. An. Idiot.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus is working hard at staying healthy and keeping fit.

"I feel like I deserve a treat when I work hard," said Louis-Dreyfus. "It's important to give yourself a little of what you really want so you don't feel like you're in food prison."

So what does the former Seinfeld star indulge in? "I have a chocolate drawer in my desk where I keep treats at all times," she says. "As long as I can have one or two pieces, I'm fine."

So is there anything she simply can't resist? "My biggest food vice is bacon," Louis-Dreyfus confesses. "In fact, I don't keep bacon in my house - that would be way too tempting."

My husband would understand this temptation, but I can tell you there is definitely bacon in our house.
