Rihanna advocate for children with cancer

Rihanna is stepping forward to help a 5-year-old New York City girl find a bone marrow donor - the second time in a year that the Grammy Award winner has helped a leukemia victim seek a match.

"When I saw the video of Jasmina it broke my heart. It is so unfair that for a black patient it's so much harder to find a bone marrow match," the singer tells PEOPLE exclusively. "Jasmina has acute leukemia and she needs a bone marrow transplant to live."

Last February, Rihanna helped New Yorker Lisa Flynn find a match by putting out a call for donors on PEOPLE.com.

The Twilight star Robert Pattinson, 22 - who is reportedly set to grace the cover of GQ magazine - admits his trash can is full of empty cans that once contained the popular fizzy drink.

"I was just taking out my trash and I had, like, 300 cans of Diet Coke," Pattinson said. "It was just like, 'How did that happen?' I don't even remember buying them. I also like Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Katy Perry plans to make people "move a little bit more" with her next record.

The singer - who stormed the charts last year with her infectious single I Kissed a Girl - insists her second album will be even more of a pop-fest.

"I'll start really thinking about it at the end of the summer," she tells the American edition of OK! magazine. "I still want to make a pop record, make people move a little bit more."

Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy are engaged a rep for the couple reports. The duo met while filming "Evening" in Newport, R.I. Danes, 29 and Dancy, 33 have been dating a little more than a year.

The punches just keep rolling in for Michael Phelps. Word on the street is that Subway has taken any and all relevant links associated with Phelps off of their website. They are also rumored to be getting ready to drop their sponsorship with him.
