She tells Hollyscoop.com, "He (Benji) actually helped me write some of the songs for my new album, and for the BFF show. He's a really amazing talent, songwriter and singer." When quizzed about a potential duet with Madden, Hilton replied: "Yes, definitely. When the show comes out."

Rounding up the hottest and latest in Congrats to Gwen Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale: the couple welcomed a baby boy on Thursday in Los Angeles. Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale popped out at 12:48pm, and weighed eight and a half pounds. Zuma Nesta Rock? Really? Are we sure she wasn't still on drugs when she told the doctor's to write that one down?

Pop music's former couple were supposed to team up on Britney's last album "Blackout," but Brit never showed up for the recording session at music producer Timbaland's Virginia Beach recording studio last August.

The sometime Sporty Spice, 34, and her boyfriend of six years, property developer Thomas Starr, confirmed the pregnancy on her web site Friday morning.

OK, maybe not, but the actors who play those two characters on How I Met Your Mother have been tapped to host the Creative Arts Primetime Emmy Awards. Neil Patrick Harris and Sarah Chalke (best know for her work on Scrubs) will co-host the ceremonies, which will take place on September 13 at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. The event will air a week later, September 20, on the E! Channel.

After hearing my husband knew about Hilary Duff possibly being engaged before I knew...well, then I realized the gossip queen was falling WAY behind in her Entertainment segment of Bring Me Up. After winning gold medal number seven of these Olympics by one hundreth of a second on Saturday, record setting gold number eight seemed to come a little easier for Michael Phelps Sunday morning in Beijing. Joined by his teammates Jason Lezak, Brendan Hansen and Aaron Peirsol, the USA claimed gold in the 4x100 medley relay setting a world record as they did it. The headline of course belongs to Michael Phelps and his 8 gold medals, surpassing the record set by Mark Spitz at the 1972 Munich Olympics.

As expected, Ellen and Portia de Rossi were married Saturday afternoon. Their rep said,"Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were married tonight in an intimate ceremony at their home in Los Angeles." The women announced their engagement back in May. The wedding was attended by 19 guests including both of their mothers.

They are just 3 weeks old, but twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline are about to take the world by storm.In an exclusive interview and photos, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie offer PEOPLE an intimate look at their growing family.
"It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time," Jolie tells PEOPLE of daily life at the Chateau Miraval in Provence, France, where the couple's four older children - Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2 - have been enjoying a summer of outdoor play (hide-and-seek is a favorite) on the château's sprawling grounds.
Adds Pitt: "[It's] still a cuckoo's nest."

Justin Timberlake might end up getting an Oscar nod - to host the Academy Awards, that is. Shia LaBeouf's lawyers are now saying that the actor's hand was "crushed" in the car accident he was involved with last week. We found Shia relaxing outside his Los Angeles hospital on a smoke break with his left hand and arm in a cast (and blood stains on his jeans) but Shia could still face complications. Shia's attorney Michael Norris released a statement saying, "His doctors remain hopeful that he will fully recover, but due to extensive surgery and the nature of the injuries, there remains a substantial risk of both infection and other complications."
Shia's injury will delay the filming of Transformers 2 however it will probably be written into the script.

Sadly, Christina Applegate has been diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer her rep confirmed Saturday.
"Benefitting from early detection through a doctor ordered MRI, the cancer is not life threatening," the Emmy nominated Samantha Who? star's rep said in a statement. "Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors and will have a full recovery."
