Lindsay Lohan's hitting a slump?
ABC dramedy Ugly Betty cut from six episodes to four. And, in fact, E! reports that Lohan will also be cut out of the episodes she's already filmed, as "she was not so interested in creating a character." But this was right after she left rehab and I feel she is more on her game now. While I would never condone her past behavior, I do think she is a great actress. She just doesn't always get great roles.
To make matters worse for LiLo she is being sued. The actress is being sued by the three men who were in the SUV she drove during a 2007 car chase that resulted in her subsequent DUI arrest, People reports. Yes, I know, it is her fault but man when it rains it pours.

Angelina Jolie's recent interview in the Italian version of Vanity Fair gave a tidbit of insight on her views about marriage.
"Usually people fall in love and everything revolves around the ritual of marriage, children are an afterthought. We did everything backwards . . . But sooner or later it will be the kids who ask us [to get married]. You know, they see films and start asking questions. Such as, 'Why are Shrek and Fiona married and you're not?' "
I think it's cute her kids compare their parents to Shrek and Fiona. I think it says a lot about the couple; a good lot at that.

Further proof that Heidi Montag is an idiot looking for attention...
She was recently photographed wearing a pink tank top which said "Read my lipstick, Vote McCain-Palin." And her other half was wearing a shirt the same time which read "God, Guns, Glory." Oh someone gag them both and spray paint their clothing.
They are constantly seen craving media attention, making up scenarios to get said media attention and practically mauling each other in public. Talk about walking contradictions.

Britney Spears' traffic case that ended in a mistrial is being trumpeted by her lawyer Michael Flanagan as a monumental triumph of the human spirit, according to People:
"It marks a turnaround for her. This case was a thorn in her side for more than a year, a reminder of the bad old days," he said. "She's thrilled the court system, for once, worked in her favor."
Go Britters!

Madonna and Guy Ritchie's eight year old son Rocco was spotted at the Chelsea Pier Gym in NYC this week wearing a New York Yankees t-shirt. As you’re probably aware, Madonna and Guy’s marriage reportedly ended because of her relationship with Yankees third baseman, Alex Rodriguez.
Ouch!
But this is not Rocco's fault. This is Madonna getting in another ugly dig.

On the set of Saturday Night Live, it emerged Sarah Palin did not know who Oliver Stone was. You know, given the Republican vice presidential nominee's past dabbling in Alaskan separatism, JFK might just change her life.

Katherine Heigl and her main squeeze, her dog Romeo, were on hand last night for the opening of Australian designer Peter Alexander's flagship store in Beverly Hills last night.
Katherine was joined by the lovely Mandy Moore, PETA spokeswoman Alicia Silverstone, Kristin Cavallari and of course the designer himself who unveiled a line of charity pajamas inspired by Romeo.
The event benefited animal rescue shelters Hearts United for Rescue and Kinder4Rescue.

According to Star Magazine, Benji Madden snuck around with other broads while girlfriend Paris Hilton worked on her reality show in the UK.
This isn't the first time Paris has caught Benji straying. According to a source, he also cheated on her with a groupie earlier in the month. When Paris found out, she was devastated. "She's miserable and constantly sobbing about his infidelity," says the source.
Benji and Paris have dated for around eight months, and she’s been accused of hooking up with other dudes during that time as well, so I guess all is fair. Maybe she'll end up staying in London with her new BFF.

Reportedly Jennifer Aniston, 39, took John Mayer back because she is pregnant with his child! We all know she has wanted a baby for the longest time and while if the rumors are true I will be happy I do hope it isn't the only reason she took John back.
Let me think. They were together for 3 months and broke up...so if she were pregnant now you'd think there would some noticeable evidence. My vote is nope on this rumor.

Good news for X-Files star Gillian Anderson.
The actress and her boyfriend, Mark Griffiths, have just had their second baby together.
They are now the proud parents of a baby boy.
The baby, which they named Felix Griffiths, was born in London on October 15th and weighed in at 6lbs, 15 oz.

Chase Crawford from Gossip Girl is on the cover of Vanity magazine for men. I didn't even know there was such a thing. And as usual they have allowed him to be completely feminified. I know that is not a word but I'm trying to be nice. Perez Hilton obviously has the photos and I'll post one of his on here. PH stamped.

Madonna, I keep losing more and more respect for her... Madonna and Alex Rodriguez are expected to go public with their feelings for one another in the coming months. I hate the very public divorce, I hate her nonchalant attitude about it and I hate that she is a selfish, cheating woman given other women bad names.

Miley Cyrus got a bit too worked up while watching her boyfriend during a recent fashion show. The 15 year old starlet sat front row with her mother and older sister at Christian Audigier's runway show for Fashion Week.
When her 20 year old boyfriend Justin Gaston walked down the runway, Miley licked her lips a little bit too openly for folks liking. I like Miley and even I am a bit skeeved by the photos.

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are really fanning the flames of their rekindled romance! Last night the couple celebrated John's 31st birthday with a private party at Grand Havana Room in Los Angeles.
"They seemed to be having a great time," a source told People. "They were sitting next to each other. They're a very good-looking couple and seemed happy together." Oooh, intrigue.

Yohana Banda, the biological father of Madonna's Malawi-born adopted son David, is worried about the tot's future now that David's crazy pop icon mother seems to relish fighting an ugly divorce battle in public. "I am still a poor farmer with nothing to offer, but maybe he would be better off back with us," Mr. Banda said. David's biological mother died in childbirth, and Banda, 34, has remarried and lives with his wife Flora, her daughter Tiyamike, 3, and their seven-month-old son Dingiswayo in a thatched hut. Shown a picture of David with Madonna and her manager, Banda said, "He doesn't look happy in this picture. He looks bewildered. If there is no love in the family, is there any love for him? This is a new and terrible thing to happen to him. I am too upset to think clearly. He is only three years old and he has been through so much."

The last survivor of the Titanic is selling off mementos of the disaster to pay her nursing home fees. Millvina Dean, 96, was 2 months old when she arrived in New York with her mother and brother after surviving the sinking of the ship. Dean sold a wicker suitcase full of donated clothes the family was given when they arrived in the city, as well as rare prints of the Titanic and letters from the Titanic Relief Fund, raising $53,906. Dean has lived in a nursing home in Southampton, England since she broke her hip two years ago. She was one of 706 people who were rescued by the steamship Carpathia on the night of April 14, 1912. Angelina Jolie has accidentally admitted that she and partner Brad Pitt fell in love while the Hollywood hunk was still with his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston.
The couple have always insisted they got together after Pitt and Aniston had separated.
But in a "jet-lagged" interview with the New York Times, Jolie said she and Pitt fell in love on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith in 2004 - long before Pitt's break-up and divorce with then-wife Aniston.

This morning two entertaining tidbits will be based on my opinion/bias and so chuckle or nod your head if you will.
1. It took 15 years, but the Philadelphia Phillies are heading to the World Series. My Grandpa is absolutely thrilled about this and I am sure all Philly fans are ecstatic. Maybe you even popped the champagne after the first at bat with Jimmy Rollins and his home fun start of the night. The 5-1 victory over the Dodgers means the 6th World Series trip for the Phillies!
2. The final presidential debate. So maybe McCain wasn't talking about nailing jello to a wall this time, which you have to admit was hilarious. But he did of course bring up the Ayars thing AGAIN. I love how cool and calm Obama was when he reminded McCain and the audience that he was only 8 years old during the time of that scandal. Lol. Sorry McCain you got your mudslinging jabs in but on November 4th it will be Obama going for the TKO!
Now onto some entertaining news from Hollywood...
Things just got worse for Christie Brinkley's philandering husband, Peter Cook. According to Page Six, Peter made a sex tape with his former mistress, a 19 year old townie named Diana Bianchi, and those tapes landed in the wrong hands.

Here's Christina Aguilera's new look. Hot or Not? She looks like the Poltergeist girl mixed with a Rocky Horror Picture show cast member and a dash of Cyndi Lauper. All I know is I liked the red lipstick better if she's going to have it painted on so vividly.

Lynne Spears thinks you want to see a movie based on her new memoir,
Through The Storm. We're sure Britney is pleased!
In case you hadn't heard it a million times, Britney's mom wrote a "tell-all" book recounting Britney's problems with alcohol, drugs and teenage sex.
She left out the part about a pushy, money-grubbing mother.
Apparently, Lynne's been shopping her idea around, and she even has her eyes set on Scary Movie's Anna Faris to play BritBrit.
And who will play Lynne?
Lynne wants Julia Roberts to portray her! ROFL!

On Tuesday, October 7th, Lisa Marie Presley and her husband Michael Lockwood welcomed twin girls into the world. They were born by c-section and both were a good size weighing in at 5 lbs., 15oz., and 5 lbs., 2 oz. The names of the newborns are Finley and Harper. Reports are that both babies and mom are home, healthy, and doing well.

Jerry O'Connell told People all about getting a nursery ready for twins with the help of his very pregnant wife Rebecca Romijn. He clarifies as well that it wasn't really a spare room that they cleaned out, but a room full of items that belonged to his aunt and uncle. The room also contained his much loved video games.
Rebecca is a great wife however and has already taught Jerry what having kids means. Bye, bye video games. He states, "So, I'm wondering what I'm going to do with my video game stuff. But, maybe that goes out the window when you have kids." Smart man...

Ringo Starr gets fan mail! Oh but also, the Beatles drummer gets so much of it, and has for the past 45 years, that he won't accept any letters that are postmarked after October 20. The sequel will have Jon Favreau back to direct, and both Downey and Gwyneth Paltrow (Pepper Potts) are expected to return and reprise their roles, says the paper.

"If she says it's over, it's over." "But like I've said before, she is the love of my life, and I expected to spend the rest of my life with her." "With my sperm count, it's not possible," Hefner explained. "I was willing but it was not possible...She'd like to be married and have children, but it's not in the cards here for me."
Hefner says he is still romantically involved with Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt, but said, the relationship with Kendra will be ending when she moves out, probably by the end of this year.

During a shopping trip, Britney Spears was involved in a car accident with a paparazzo in another vehicle. Thankfully she was in the back seat and not the driver in this incident. Meanwhile, her lawyer rejected a plea deal for a $150 fine and a year of probation and opted to go to court for her driving without a license case. The trial will take place on October 15, and her attorney is hoping that Britney will walk away with no more than a $10 fine since she corrected the violation.

There are a lot of films which have been shot in Philadelphia and have looked beautiful. Likewise there have been several shot in scenic areas of Maryland. My point is that it would have been awesome to have a chance at being an extra in one of those flicks. I mean all of M. Night Shyamalan's movies have been filmed nearby Delaware and even if you just saw the back of me I think I would have felt like a flippin' star!
But how are you to know when extras are needed? I mean, how is someone like me supposed to know where to show up and end up getting snagged for such a fun opportunity? Movie Extras get paid between $100 and $300 per day, depending on the project..that is more than enough for me to want to give it a try!
This is where
Talent6 comes in. With Talent6 all you have to do is call toll free number to talk with a portfolio manager at 800-493-9047. One phone call and they'd set you up with everything you'd need to know, PLUS give you the scoop on where you need to be for the chance.
Picture me carrying a shopping bag, walking down the street behind Sarah Jessica Parker in one of her movies. How cool would it be, I'm telling you! Or just a simple bystander neighbor in one of M. Night Shyamalan's movies. I mean imagine being at the party in the Lady of the Water scene at the end of that movie. It just would have been so thrilling! Now that I know who to call, me thinks I'll get to dialing.
