Oh Topanga and names of interest *hint hint*

Danielle Fishel (a.k.a. Topanga from Boy Meets World) went before a judge and bawled her eyes out for missing a court date in her DUI case. Apparently her calculated legal strategy worked and her probation was reinstated.

And I desperately wanted to be her when I was growing up. Bah humbug!

And the baby name we have all been waiting for...

Nahla Ariela Aubry is the name of Halle Berry's new baby girl. Short words but still a mouthful. Still I shout a great big cheers to the new parents!

Connecting the music with the entertainment news...

After giving away their album to people by allowing fans to determine how much they were willing to spend on the album, and then encouraging people to buy it for free, Radiohead has another crazy plan to drum free publicity for their music. The band is holding a contest to find an animator to create a video for the band. Jinkies man, I actually think this one sounds really great. It will work out for both the band and the animators.

Dame Maggie Smith, Professor McGongall in the Harry Potter films, is fighting a battle with breast cancer. Dame Maggie, 73, insisted on completing her sixth appearance as Harry Potter schoolmistress Minerva McGonagall in Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince while having radiation therapy. Good for her for being so strong and I will add her name to my prayers tonight.

And last but not least, Sex in the City star Kristin Davis is fighting a rumor about a possible sex tape existing of her and an ex. I don't think it is her, I'm not posting videos. If you want trash then spend time on Perez Hilton's site, not mine.
