Hopefully in 2009, fans of WoW will be able to see the epic on the big screen. WoW gaming began in 1994 and is still going strong. Strong enough to become a Blockbuster, I don't know?

Chris Metzen from Blizzard Entertainment promises this movie will not be a G or PG fantasy of the game. Blizzard Entertainment has share that "World of Warcraft" will be a live action movie, although they haven't yet decided how much CGI will be involved.

Other big news for WoW fans...a new expansion is coming out, Wrath of the Lich King. "The harsh, forbidding continent of Northrend, home of the Lich King and his undead minions, will be uncovered on the world map, and to contend with the new challenges found there, players will be able to advance to level 80." A new class will unveil in the expansion as well; the death knight hero. Since I'm still a n00b this expansion won't be too fun for me yet since all of the content is designed for players level 68 and up.
