Hmm, seems kind of sudden, don't know if Vince Vaughn is for real with this or not.
Now engaged to Canadian real estate agent Kyla Weber, Vaughn, 39, says he wants to start a family and settle down.
The funny guy even says he's ready for diaper duty. "It's the first time that I really want to have kids," he told PEOPLE while promoting his new comedy Couples Retreat.

Angelina Jolie has stopped eating (as much) causing insiders to speculate her relationship with partner Brad Pitt is on the rocks. Again.
The actress, 34, has reportedly lost 10 more pounds due to stress since she and Pitt returned to Chateau Miraval in the South of France a month ago to supposedly rebuild their relationship.
"Angelina's off her food again, which is a sure sign the relationship's in trouble. Her bones were jutting out and she looks ill," a source told a British magazine.
"I would be an idiot to not consider that part," she says.
An excellent point made by Charlize Theron when she was recently asked about the much rumored about role of Catwoman in the next installment of Batman. Though there isn't even a script being written yet, many people in Hollywood are speculating on the addition of the sexy, villainous role to the next movie and many high-profiled names are being tossed around as candidates.
Megan Fox, Angelina Jolie and Ashley Judd have all been mentioned, but Charlize wants her crack at the femme fatale role.
She was quoted saying: "I think what has happened to that franchise is amazing. (Batman filmmaker) Chris Nolan is a genius."

Jessica Biel will take part in a charity expedition to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa next January.
The 27-year-old actress hopes to raise awareness to the need for communities to have access to clean water worldwide.
In a statement, Biel said the issue was a "basic human necessity that needs to be addressed now".

Rihanna is said to be finally putting the events surrounding last month's altercation with sometime boyfriend Chris Brown behind her - by dating Lindsay Lohan's ex boyfriend.The pop star was reportedly on the receiving end of That 70s Show star Wilmer Valderrama's charms at the Geisha House in Hollywood last Wednesday, with Chris nowhere in sight.
A source tells the Mirror, "Rihanna looked so pretty and Wilmer could hardly take his eyes off her.

David Letterman said he and longtime girlfriend Regina Lasko had a bumpy trip to matrimony last week.
During a taping Monday of CBS' "Late Show," Letterman said he and Lasko married March 19 at the Teton County Courthouse in Choteau, Mont., but only after their truck got stuck on a muddy road.
Letterman and Lasko, whose son, Harry, was born in November 2003, didn't take an immediate honeymoon. The late-night host was back at work in New York on Monday to deliver the news — and a few jokes about the marriage.
"Regina and I began dating in February of 1986, and I said, 'Well, things are going pretty good, let's just see what happens in about 10 years,'" Letterman, who turns 62 next month, said at the taping, according to a transcript.
After avoiding marriage for more than two decades, Letterman said, "I secretly felt that men who were married admired me ... like I was the last of the real gunslingers, you know what I'm saying?"

Kiefer Sutherland will be back to play Jack Bauer for an eighth season of the hit counterterrorism drama "24," but the show's longevity will depend on its writers, the actor said Tuesday.
The 42-year-old said "24," currently in its seventh season, will start shooting its eighth in May. He spoke during an interview in Hong Kong to promote the new 3-D animated movie "Monsters vs. Aliens," in which he voices the character of General W.R. Monger.

My opinion...she is too skinny and it's not attractive, she's been too thin for years now.

The film was to have been called "Edwin A. Salt" and the main actor should have been Tom Cruise, but when Angelina voiced her wish to do the character, the script writers changed the hero of the movie to a heroine.

Lindsay Lohan's hitting a slump?ABC dramedy Ugly Betty cut from six episodes to four. And, in fact, E! reports that Lohan will also be cut out of the episodes she's already filmed, as "she was not so interested in creating a character." But this was right after she left rehab and I feel she is more on her game now. While I would never condone her past behavior, I do think she is a great actress. She just doesn't always get great roles.
To make matters worse for LiLo she is being sued. The actress is being sued by the three men who were in the SUV she drove during a 2007 car chase that resulted in her subsequent DUI arrest, People reports. Yes, I know, it is her fault but man when it rains it pours.

Angelina Jolie's recent interview in the Italian version of Vanity Fair gave a tidbit of insight on her views about marriage.
"Usually people fall in love and everything revolves around the ritual of marriage, children are an afterthought. We did everything backwards . . . This isn't the first time Paris has caught Benji straying. According to a source, he also cheated on her with a groupie earlier in the month. When Paris found out, she was devastated. "She's miserable and constantly sobbing about his infidelity," says the source.
Benji and Paris have dated for around eight months, and she’s been accused of hooking up with other dudes during that time as well, so I guess all is fair. Maybe she'll end up staying in London with her new BFF.

The last survivor of the Titanic is selling off mementos of the disaster to pay her nursing home fees. Millvina Dean, 96, was 2 months old when she arrived in New York with her mother and brother after surviving the sinking of the ship. Dean sold a wicker suitcase full of donated clothes the family was given when they arrived in the city, as well as rare prints of the Titanic and letters from the Titanic Relief Fund, raising $53,906. Dean has lived in a nursing home in Southampton, England since she broke her hip two years ago. She was one of 706 people who were rescued by the steamship Carpathia on the night of April 14, 1912. Her father was among the 1,500 who died when the Titanic hit an iceberg.

The couple have always insisted they got together after Pitt and Aniston had separated.
But in a "jet-lagged" interview with the New York Times, Jolie said she and Pitt fell in love on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith in 2004 - long before Pitt's break-up and divorce with then-wife Aniston.

During a shopping trip, Britney Spears was involved in a car accident with a paparazzo in another vehicle. Thankfully she was in the back seat and not the driver in this incident. Meanwhile, her lawyer rejected a plea deal for a $150 fine and a year of probation and opted to go to court for her driving without a license case. The trial will take place on October 15, and her attorney is hoping that Britney will walk away with no more than a $10 fine since she corrected the violation.

The cartoon division of Marvel Entertainment is beginning production on a TV cartoon called The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
It should be available for broadcast in 2011.

Oddly enough I was e-mailed this morning by someone who thought they would be reading about Clay coming out of the closet on this blog. But truth be told it's something most everyone already assumed and I hadn't been keeping up with the news.Celebrity site Perezhilton.com on Tuesday published a photo of the cover of People magazine's upcoming issue on which Aiken cradles his new son, Parker Foster Aiken, in his arms.
The caption reads "Yes, I'm Gay," and underneath is a quote from Aiken on his decision to come out of the closet that says: "I cannot raise a child to lie or to hide things."

They are just 3 weeks old, but twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline are about to take the world by storm.In an exclusive interview and photos, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie offer PEOPLE an intimate look at their growing family.
"It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time," Jolie tells PEOPLE of daily life at the Chateau Miraval in Provence, France, where the couple's four older children - Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2 - have been enjoying a summer of outdoor play (hide-and-seek is a favorite) on the château's sprawling grounds.

Shia LaBeouf's lawyers are now saying that the actor's hand was "crushed" in the car accident he was involved with last week. We found Shia relaxing outside his Los Angeles hospital on a smoke break with his left hand and arm in a cast (and blood stains on his jeans) but Shia could still face complications. Shia's attorney Michael Norris released a statement saying, "His doctors remain hopeful that he will fully recover, but due to extensive surgery and the nature of the injuries, there remains a substantial risk of both infection and other complications."
Shia's injury will delay the filming of Transformers 2 however it will probably be written into the script.

Sadly, Christina Applegate has been diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer her rep confirmed Saturday.
"Benefitting from early detection through a doctor ordered MRI, the cancer is not life threatening," the Emmy nominated Samantha Who? star's rep said in a statement. "Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors and will have a full recovery."

Bonsall, who's currently 26, played Michael J. Fox's little brother, Andy Keaton, on the '80s show Family Ties. He also stared in Star Trek: The Next Generation in the '90s.
The out of work actor was charged last year for assaulting his girlfriend.
And, now, he's being accused of violating his probation.

As you may have heard by now, Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins Knox Leon (after Pitt's grandfather) and Vivienne Marcheline (after Jolie's mother) via Cesarean Saturday. According to sources inside the hospital, the surgery was original scheduled for Monday but was moved up due to Jolie's weak condition. Several reports quote Jolie's doctor, Michael Sussman, as saying proud papa Pitt cut the umbilical cords of the two newest members of the Jolie-Pitt soccer team, and that Angie was in good spirits during the procedure, talking and laughing with Pitt and her doctor.
We hear that Getty is scheduled to do the photo shoot of Angelina Jolie's new twins on Monday. Knox and Vivienne are officially entering the celebrity media machine, and it's about time! The twist, of course, is that the bidding war between OK! and People for the rights to the photos is still ongoing. The price was hovering between $11 and $12 million this morning, and we hear it hasn't been decided yet.

It really sucks to know Tim McGraw will probably get sued for what he did Tuesday at his concert, but I think he is more awesome now than ever. After seeing a man assault a woman in one of the front rows at his show, he pulled the man away from her and up on stage. "The disoriented heckler got to his feet and took a couple of menacing steps toward McGraw with hand raised, prompting the country singer (not a small guy, for the record) to cock his own fist before crew members grabbed the would-be attacker and escorted him forcibly offstage."

Amy Winehouse got out of her vehicle and began roaming around the motorway. The singer was stuck in a traffic jam when she exited the car she was riding in, and walked from car to car attempting to find a cigarette lighter from her fellow motorists.At one point she pulled up her purple vest to bare her midriff as she did a spot of sun baking while leaning on the bonnet of a car.
In a troubling sign, the 24-year-old's arms were covered in fresh scratches and cigarette burns, thought to be the result of self-harming.

Oh come on, if Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie really did get married do you honestly thing the Star magazine would be the first to get the scoop? Get over it, they're in love, they're happy, they are a family but they are NOT legally married!And really? New Orleans? Do you think they'd get married there? NO!
So stop e-mailing me about it! UPDATE: 03/31/08 now people have me wondering. Perhaps they did get hitched. Lots of talk about a yacht wedding. I just don't see how it would be possible for no one to know about it until after...

Christina Aguilera was paid $1.5 million for a photograph of her baby. Jennifer Lopez was paid $6 million for her a photograph of her twins. However, both of these pale in comparison to Angelina’s babies. According to National Enquirer editor Barry Levine, Angelina's twins may command almost $10 million. Whoa. But you know something, she and Brad would probably end up adopting another child with that money...or donating it to starving people in Africa. *~*~*~*
To further prove to the world that she is getting her act together and maintaining said act; Britney Spears is now going to take part in the Kid's Choice Awards. However, people are speculating a reunion between her and Federline. As far as I am concerned, such a reunion would be hazardous to all of the improvement in her life and I don't believe the rumors are true.
I do think the two will be able to have an amicable relationship for their children, but anything romantic would be disastrous.

Drew Barrymore needed a good guy, one to keep her balanced and happy. It's so great to see this couple looking happy and googly eyed with each other. I know a lot of press are knocking their PDA but I think holding hands, smiling big and staying close to each other is something we need to see more of in LA. I just can't stand the couples who not only make out in public, but practically do each other with their clothes on. Bleck!They have a movie coming out on August 1st, "He's Just Not That Into You."
Oh and in the world of celebrity babies the rumor is that Angelina Jolie is pregnant. But now there is word that Gwen Stefani is expecting her second child with husband Gavin Rossdale. =o) Gwen was asked if Gavin is being supportive and her response was, "He makes whatever food I crave." How sweet!
