Ex-Beatle Paul McCartney has picked up a strange new exercise routine - eye yoga. The singer, 66, discovered the technique on a trip to India last year.
In an interview on TV, the musician demonstrated his odd new workout, during which he stares in different directions and holds his gaze for 20 seconds at a time. He was taught the routine by an eye yoga expert at a hotel in India.
McCartney says, "He told me eyes are muscles (and) are just like any other muscles, and they need exercise to keep them working properly. Spending so much time at computers or (watching) the TV or reading books, we are only using one set of muscles in our eyes. The yoga gives a workout to the other ones."

"If she says it's over, it's over." "But like I've said before, she is the love of my life, and I expected to spend the rest of my life with her." During a shopping trip, Britney Spears was involved in a car accident with a paparazzo in another vehicle. Thankfully she was in the back seat and not the driver in this incident. Meanwhile, her lawyer rejected a plea deal for a $150 fine and a year of probation and opted to go to court for her driving without a license case. The trial will take place on October 15, and her attorney is hoping that Britney will walk away with no more than a $10 fine since she corrected the violation.

So Kirsten Dunst has announced that she will take a break from acting to pursue musical theatre. She says, "I started to write a musical a few years ago and I'm going to get back into writing it. But I'm not going to say what it's about though." Maybe she is channeling a bit of her Mary Jane role into her real life.

Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas broke up. I hope on good terms, otherwise I pity the fool for dating her in the first place since she is clearly a bitter songwriter who will gleefully bash him to all her audiences if it ended badly.

After hearing my husband knew about Hilary Duff possibly being engaged before I knew...well, then I realized the gossip queen was falling WAY behind in her Entertainment segment of Bring Me Up. Why didn't y'all let me know of my failings!?
So here we have a great bit for you to chew on for Sunday morning breakfast.
I consider this some fantastic celebrity news! Straight from Beijing:
After winning gold medal number seven of these Olympics by one hundreth of a second on Saturday, record setting gold number eight seemed to come a little easier for Michael Phelps Sunday morning in Beijing. Joined by his teammates Jason Lezak, Brendan Hansen and Aaron Peirsol, the USA claimed gold in the 4x100 medley relay setting a world record as they did it. The headline of course belongs to Michael Phelps and his 8 gold medals, surpassing the record set by Mark Spitz at the 1972 Munich Olympics.
