Can you believe it’s been 25 years since we first typed “rosebud” and drowned our pixelated woes in virtual pools? 🏊♀️💀 As The Sims celebrates its silver anniversary, I’m feeling all the nostalgia—staying up till dawn creating wild versions of myself, hunting custom content before expansion packs existed, and now bonding with my daughter over chaotic YouTube Let’s Plays (shoutout to @carynandconnie !).

My laptop might groan under the weight of 20+ expansion packs, but my love for this game? Still 💯. From detective dramas to accidentally deleting ladders (oops), The Sims taught me creativity can be both messy and magnificent.
